A core principle of the project was the development of a genderless uniform system, emphasizing inclusivity and versatility across different staff roles. The garments were designed to prioritize functionality and practicality, ensuring ease of movement and suitability for both service and kitchen work environments.

Sustainability and longevity were central to the concept, with an emphasis on creating durable clothing that can withstand long-term professional use. The material selection focused on sturdy, breathable cotton-based fabrics, chosen for their comfort, durability, and environmental consideration.

The design language draws inspiration from Nordic minimalism and traditional workwear aesthetics, incorporating elements such as mandarin collars, subtle pleating, and carefully positioned pocket details. These features balance aesthetic refinement with occupational utility. The result is a timeless uniform system that integrates seamlessly into the cultural and spatial identity of the library, supporting both service performance and institutional representation through responsible and thoughtful design.
